Informational Seminar 5th SFG(A) 21 September 2017

The OASIS Group will hold an Informational Seminar at 5th SFG(A) 21, September 2017 9:00 am to 16;00, SFC Robert H. Deeks Jr. Language and Cultural Center (DLCC) 5th SFG(A) Bldg 3221

Who Should Attend
Although primarily intended for active duty or reserve personnel separating within the next 24 months, seminars are open to all active duty or Veteran members of the Special Operations community, as well and reservists and spouses.

What Should I Bring
Nothing is required for the seminar. If you want a personnel appointment then O.A.S.I.S. personnel will be available to make more specific suggestions if you bring your military medical records and any previous VA correspondence.

What Will Be Covered
The seminar will cover what you need to know about VA benefits, including actions required of you prior to your separation. Other topics will include filing your VA claim, the appeals process, and more.

Personal Appointments
O.A.S.I.S. personnel will be available for forty-five-minute personal interviews after the seminars. O.A.S.I.S. personnel will also offer access to a VA-accredited organization that can assist you in filing your VA claim or submitting a request for re-evaluation or appeal.
