Veterans Informational Seminar 5th & 6th April 2017

The OASIS Group will host a veteran seminar for 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 5th & 6th April 2017 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on the 5th & 9:00am – 12:00 on the 6th at the 10th SFG(A), Bldg 7412, 7465 Viking Hammer Drive, Ft Carson, Co 80913.

OASIS Group is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing United States Special Operations personnel, their family members and former Special Operations veterans assistance with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Comprised of former Veteran Administration (VA) claims specialists, Spec-Ops Veterans, and volunteer medical professionals OASIS provides the member with over 250 years of comprehensive understanding with the Veterans Administration processes and systems to ensure fair and thorough evaluation of your benefits. www.oasisgrp.org

Who Should Attend
Seminars service all members of the Special Forces community but are primarily intended for active duty personnel separating within the next 24 months of service, reservists, spouses and veterans (both those who’ve retired or separated from service). Topics cover the benefits you need to know about while still on active duty, changes to educational and retired benefits, filing your VA claim, the appeals process and more.

What Should I Bring
Nothing is required for the seminar however it’s recommended to bring your military medical record and VA determination, if applicable (for veterans who’ve already filed), to your personal appointment.

Personal Appointments
Forty-five-minute personal interview sessions are available April 23rd from 1pm to 4:30pm and all day on the 24th with an OASIS claims representative to review your case, assist in filing your VA claim or start a request for re-evaluation or appeal.
